The Pro-Tour of Nature Photography is a series of professional photography tournaments, each one limited to a particular geographic region and designed to initiate and support a developing Private Lands Nature Photo Tourism industry. Known for its natural beauty and biodiversity, the Texas Hill Country was selected to "host" the first Pro-Tour competition. This land of bubbling springs, sparkling rivers and sweeping vistas is deceptively fragile. With its winding country roads and breathtaking fields of spring wildflowers, the Hill Country is particularly vulnerable to ever-increasing pressure for subdividing and development - a situation that threatens the complex ecosystems.
The ICF Board is proud to present Images for Conservation Book One - Texas Hill Country Edition, showcasing the prize-winning wildlife and landscape photography from the inaugural Pro-Tour of Nature Photography. Click here for purchasing information or see below.
