Claire & George Vaughan, Co-Chairmen: Events

Claire Vaughan grew up on Twin Oaks, the Cartwright family ranch near Dinero, Texas, and graduated from St. Mary's Hall in San Antonio and the University of Texas at Austin. An avid advocate for independent and responsible land stewardship, Claire served on the 2006 Pro-Tour Hill Country Advisory Board as Chairman of the fabulous Launch Party held at Gallagher Ranch Headquarters. She has coordinated countless volunteer efforts for the Pro-Tour and the Coastal Bend Wildlife Photo Contest and was highly instrumental in introducing the 2006 Pro-Tour to San Antonio and Austin communities.

After graduating from Harvard, George Vaughan returned to his family business in San Antonio where he is President of Alamo Forest Products, a subsidiary of Vaughan and Sons. Claire and George operate Los Novios Ranch in La Salle County and live in San Antonio, where they have raised two sons, George T and Gus.
