The William Henry Jackson Award

Sculptor and photographer, Susan McElhinney, has intertwined careers that inform each other. As a photographer of notables while with Newsweek magazine she now sculpts portraits of them. And as photo editor for Ranger Rick, the natural history magazine for kids from NWF, she finds inspiration for pieces as installations in private homes and gardens as well as the William Henry Jackson Award.
